ADOPTION PROCESS

 

Before 2nd Chance Dog Rescue places a dog in his/her furever home, the potential adopter is required to fill out an Adoption Consultation Application.  Once we have reviewed your application we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet and home check.  2nd Chance Dog Rescue will only adopt to families living in the Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, San Tan Valley, and Phoenix area - as long as it is within 50 miles of our rescue (Queen Creek).

Daisy Mae is just a love - playful, sweet, nurturing.  

Daisy Mae and her newborn puppies were taken in by 2nd "Chance" Dog Rescue on an emergency basis. 

Daisy Mae and another dog, Carousel were rescued from a neglect situation - both dogs were living outside with no shelter, and Daisy Mae had just given birth to a litter, while Carousel was very pregnant. We rescued them and Carousel then gave birth to her pups the next day!

Daisy Mae and Carousel are extremely bonded and we would love to see them go to a home together.  If you could find it in your heart to give these girls the forever home (or foster home) they deserve, please fill out an Adoption Consultation or Foster Volunteer form and we will be in touch.
